Your data is yours

Nature Nudge has no account system, no analytics and no advertising. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to.

What the app reads

Nature Nudge reads only the Health data needed to verify the goal you selected: Time in Daylight, Steps, or Walking + Running Distance. It also stores your blocked apps, schedule, goal settings, streak, grace day and emergency unlock state locally on your device.

How that data is used

All app blocking, goal tracking and streak counting happens on your iPhone. Daylight goals use Time in Daylight recorded by Apple Watch. Steps and distance goals use iPhone Health data.

Third-party services

Nature Nudge does not use third-party analytics, tracking or advertising services. To lock apps and verify goals it needs Screen Time permission and Health read access for the goal type you choose. Apple Health and Screen Time are subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

Apple Watch

Daylight time is verified using your Apple Watch’s ambient light sensor. Manual Time in Daylight entries do not count toward daylight goals. This data stays on your device and is not shared with Nature Nudge or anyone else.

Deleting your data

Your data is never sent off your device or associated with an account. To delete it, use Reset Nature Nudge in Settings, or uninstall the app at any time.

Changes to this policy

If the policy ever changes, this page is updated.
